Genuinely, I could not be happier with the service provided. For starters, these two are awesome guys. Polite and professional. They arrived on time and called thirty minutes in advance of arrival so i could be prepared. They met me with a handshake, all materials with them, ready to get the job done. Throughout the process, they were happy-go-lucky, and determined for perfect execution. With measuring tape, they worked with me to nail my desired proportions. Moments after, as hesitation set in and I neurotically decided I wanted to lower the measurements of the mount six inches, they did it willingly, with a smile on their faces, checking in with me until it was in the exact perfect position. In the end, my TV is mounted exactly where I wanted it to be, all the complicated cords plugged in, neatly tucked away, and ready for use. If you are considering using their services, do it. They will make your life easy as it can be, and get the job done as well as humanly possible. You will not be disappointed.

Can’t say enough how happy we are with the installation of 4 TV’s in our new home. Rich & Ricky absolutely crushed these installs and gave us great suggestions about the wall placements based on the rooms. The soundbar and backlights were installed perfectly and the house was left very clean. This is the crew to request for sure!
