Our combined experience in design fields including architecture and fashion inform our practice - from advising our sellers on how to prepare their properties for listing to assisting buyers in finding and understanding the value of design-led properties including the potential of overlooked ones.

I truly cannot imagine doing this process with anyone else. My husband and I were blown away time and time again by Jake and Jennifer’s knowledge and professionalism. We trusted them to advise us every step of the way and they truly went above and beyond. And equally important, they are both lovely people that we were always excited to see. They somehow made this whole process not only easy, but extremely fun. Their passion and love for helping their clients find a special home shows in everything they do. We felt so lucky to work with them. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who will listen!
