I was referred to this mortgage company by a realtor and I was soo grateful for it because I was nervous about what company to choose for such an important venture. I've only purchased one house thru a mortgage company in the past and they were good, this one was Amazing! I think the one thing I can say that stood out for them is that they communicate well with you. Thru the whole process they were in constant communication with me, even with delays that were not their fault, I was informed about the delay, what caused it and when a resolution might occur. To me that’s Remarkable. Who does that these days? Most companies leave you in the dark and YOU have to chase them down for answers. The process of buying a home can be stressful in and of itself, but I felt that Fairways always had my back, that they were truly on my side and I felt like I could trust them. Again, in this 21st century that is not easy to find. My loan processer, Breanna was impeccable! I have never encountered someone with such a great work ethic! She went above beyond and way over to help me! I just can’t say enough about this group! This is my honest opinion. Trust me if they were bad, my friends know I would tell it, lol. Even Steven himself called me a few times to make sure I had all that I needed. If I ever buy a house again and if anyone ask me for a referral, it would be to the Steven Curtis Group Fairway Mortgage, hands down.

Jennifer and her team did an amazing job for my client. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Got my client a fully documented loan before we even started looking, definitely gave us an advantage when submitting offers. Jennifer was also able to get my client's down payment assistance. Very pleased with Security National Mortgage.
