I recently had my first hydrotherapy treatment and it was an incredible experience. The environment was therapeutic and calming with a lounge area designed for wellness. The staff were friendly and welcoming, offering a warm cup of tea before the treatment. Float experience was zen and magical. Great for relaxing the mind and healing the body. To improve, I suggest providing slippers to protect guests from wet floors and labeling dispensers in the shower. Overall, I highly recommend this treatment for mindfulness-focused therapy.

I had an amazing first float experience; Grace was fantastic in explaining everything. Simon was warm and welcoming. I am so impressed with the staff, immaculate facility, and benefits from the session that I will bring my friends and family in for the experience. A perfect antidote for these stressful times. 🥰
