I got gel there, and the work was beautiful. The woman was meticulous with my short nails, finishing them perfectly. This salon consistently provides high quality long lasting manicures and pedicures. And the coffee is delicious, too!

I had a very upsetting experience at Ruby Nails and Spa. I went in with two friends, and all three of us are Mexican. When we asked how much nails cost and whether we could get our nails done, one of the ladies working there told us they were not open and that they couldn’t take us. We left, but almost immediately after, an older white woman walked in, and they let her in and served her. Seeing that happen right after we were told they were closed made the situation feel extremely unfair and discriminatory. There was no clear explanation for turning us away, and the way this was handled made us feel unwelcome and singled out. No one should be treated differently or made to feel excluded like that. Because of this experience, I will not be returning and would not recommend this place.

We have been going to Bay Nails (now Ruby’s Nails) for several years. We always get terrific pedicures and manicures, the staff is very friendly (and it’s had the same staff for as long we’ve been going) and punctual, they have terrific warm towels and gels they use in conjunction with the services, they have terrific massage chairs, and everything was recently upgraded where it’s high quality and bright and cheerful. We also love watching the travel videos on the screen :)

Small Quiet Gem Nestled in A quiet area.. the nail tech took her time, paid attention to detail, asked often if I liked the color etc, they even offered complimentary drinks, I got a Vietnamese iced coffee. Will return forsure!

Wonderful place, kind people working. I’ve gone regularly for several years and love it. A favorite time was when I was about a month postpartum, I came in for my nails and when my baby fussed, one of the employees took her off my hands and soothed baby back to sleep. Call ahead to make an appointment, if you can. If not, you can totally walk in but you might wait a little.

I made an appointment for today. When I arrived, the staff didn’t seem to be happy to see me. I wasn’t expect a warm welcome since it’s usually not that important for a nail salon and I understand people are tired and overworked. They rushed me to pick a color especially after a walk-in customer got in 5 mins after me. When I showed colors I wanted, the technician just asked me to find it myself since “ we don’t have the same color. You have to look yourself. “ I was stressed for the first part of the appointment and really felt I have inconvenienced them. The technician then tried being friendly 15 mins later and picked two colors close to what I wanted. However the end results of the nail polish is probably the worst I’ve got - uneven surface, uneven colors, one of the toe nail shape is slanted... this is my first and last time being here. If the quality was good, I wouldn’t have written a review since I could have let the customer service pass. The only highlight is the neck massage Bella gave me.

Got a gel manicure. The techs were professional and kind. They took their time and did a great job. My nails are short and nubby, but they were shaped nicely! Also got a pedicure, perfectly done. Very clean place with a very relaxing atmosphere. I don't very much like small talk, but didn't feel pressured to do so. Would recommend 10x over.

Love this Place small and very convenient. Atmosphere is true and very friendly staff! Appointments is a must! There are many satisfying customers plus myself. Price are very fair TIPS are welcome; they worked weekends and late Friday's on our busy schedule. Say again must make appointments to get them working on our manicure and pedicure so they can prepare you with awesome pampering! Thank you Nail and Spa Seattle.

Everyone there shows a level of care that is rare these days. I think they are the nicest salon around. Clean, polite, attentive. Ruby and team is world class, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
