I took my truck in for diagnosis of the sluggish response when accelerating. They diagnosed timing chains and motor mounts. I asked them to used my car shield account to cover the cost. When I got the invoice from car shield, the timing chains weren't even on there. What was there was a transmission assembly replacement. I didn't know the transmission was the problem. I know they should've covered the timing chains and mounts. Also they ended up having to fix electrical issues that weren't there before. When I got it back there were parts missing that were there when I dropped it off, such as the cover panel in side in the cab, bolts were missing for the front brake calipers (both sides). There was an exhaust leak too when I got it back that wasnt there before. It is currently at another shop getting fixed . Apparently whoever they have putting things back together isn't doing a very good job.
