I assist with estate disputes in Ontario, including will challenges, capacity and undue influence concerns, disputes between beneficiaries and estate trustees, passing of accounts issues, dependant support claims, and disputes involving powers of attorney. Estate litigation often begins when a family member suspects something is wrong: a late-life will change, a missing accounting, unequal treatment among siblings, concerns about capacity, or an estate trustee who is not communicating. My focus is on helping clients understand their options, preserve evidence, and resolve the dispute efficiently where possible. Based in London, Ontario.
