Really great company to work with. The scheduling was very easy. They came out and were right on schedule. They needed to locate the cover which they did quickly explained what they were doing and got to work. They were done in a very short period of time and Did my neighbors as well when she came over to ask when they were wrapping up with mine. I will definitely be using them in the future!

Excellent service from start to finish. This was a higher level of attention to detail compared with other companies that have serviced our system. I had concerns for the aging system and I feel I received a honest opinion for the situation at hand. Highly recommend Downstream Septic!!!
