Jacob has provided us with exactly the advice we asked for and, more importantly, needed in planning our finances. Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly at all times and if he does not know the answer he finds out and comes back to explain the solution. Most important of all is that he keeps in communication and if he says he will contact you, he does. Jacob will be our first port of call for any future advice.
