The Remington Apartments

This is actually our second time living at this apartment complex (we first moved in back in 2023, left when my husband deployed). Once he got back, we didn’t even look anywhere else because we had such a great experience the first time. The staff is seriously so friendly and welcoming, which made moving back in a breeze. The units are really well maintained, and we’ve always had positive experiences with maintenance: they’re quick, professional. The neighborhood is quiet. It’s also super pet-friendly (which is a big plus for us). There are pet waste stations with bags and trash cans all over the place, which makes it easy to clean up after your dog (though it’d be nice if everyone actually used them). The dog park could use some updating, especially the fencing. (We have a small dog who loves to explore holes in the fences). The pool isn’t always perfectly clear, but honestly with the weather it’s understandable. Not a big issue for us, just something to note. I have noticed they have someone clean the pools every Monday morning. The computer room has come in really handy when I needed to print or work quietly, and the gym is super convenient for days when I don’t feel like driving to my usual spot. Overall, we’re really happy to be living here again. It’s a clean, quiet, and well-managed community with great amenities and an awesome staff. Definitely recommend checking it out if you're apartment hunting in the area.

The management team here, mainly Yvette and Dee, are great and very attentive. When I first moved in, I had an issue with a wasp nest on the balcony (common in the area) and Dee herself came to take care of it and I always appreciated that. The management is always very hands-on to make sure everything gets handled with care. I liked the fact that the washer/dryer came with the unit. I had no issues concerning safety or privacy, my neighbors were always respectful. No noise complaints. No pest issues in the apartment itself. The unit overall was great for the price offered.
