Live Well Lounge in Dayton, KY I would recommend 10/10. The hydrogen therapy, compression boots and IV therapy are the perfect relaxation and wellness appt. I cannot wait to get these services again!

My husband and I attended the opening day of the Lounge for the compression therapy and the hydrogen inhalation therapy. The office has an adorable aesthetic with soothing green walls, low lights, plants and a super friendly and inviting staff. Our therapy session was like a mini date having a room for the two of us to experience this together. It was so relaxing! Our favorite service was the compression boot therapy. Sore legs be gone! My husband is healing from a fracture and he said his legs haven’t feels that well in weeks. I have much shorter legs so not only did my legs get treated but my feet as well and that’s my trouble spot. We both enjoyed the hydrogen as well. I felt less stressed and inflamed. With a high stress job, I’ll definitely be a repeat customer. We haven’t tried the IV therapy or the peptides yet but highly interested in returning for that. Be sure to take care of yourself and land here, enjoy some you time and then visit the local shops and restaurants nearby.
