Very clean, sparkling new machines, no obnoxious radio or tv (tvs have captions only and play BBC News and ESPN). They have VERY large machines and dryers available. They also have many washers and dryers specifically designated for very dirty things like dog beds or extremely dirty workwear so you don't have to deal with piles of dog hair in every washer. The dryers are very clean, dry very well and quickly - lint traps appear to be cleaned multiple times a day. The washers have many, many choices for settings - this is great, but there is a learning curve the first time you use them. Every machine accepts both quarters and pay with your phone (QR code, I believe). The change machine isn't finicky and has two bill slots for redundancy. Security is excellent - cameras cover everything inside and out, and you can watch the security cameras on the middle television. It's very well lit. Carts are new and clean. The prices for basic washes and dryer time are good and serve most people well, but the cost can add up if you're using a really big washer and choose to add a bunch of additional options (the wash addons can do basically anything you can think of). Don't forget to pay attention to the detergent instructions. They also have a well-stocked detergent vending machine. Lots of seating, free wifi, good table space (very sturdy), and there's even a pet washing facility in the same building (but with a separate entrance from the laundromat). The floors have been basically immaculate when I've been there despite there being moderate customer traffic (3-4 different people washing at a time). Honestly, this place is probably the nicest laundromat in Wisconsin, and I really hope everyone using it helps keep it that way.
Edit: Another reviewer said that you can't park on the same side of the street as the laundromat. This is completely false. There is a conditional no parking sign which only says that you can't park on the same side between 2:30am to 6am from December through March presumably because of snow removal. Since the laundromat is open from 6am to 10pm, this sign would never apply to customers even in the winter. As of spring 2026 there's some bright colored flagging tape strung up between the curb and the sidewalk to protect the new sod they put in - it's perfectly fine to park next to this. The times I've done laundry here that's where everyone was parked, next to the building. It's 100% ok to do so.
