We are staying here for work, the first week we stayed it was great! This last week we have not got any sleep at all! All week there has been someone up above us that never leaves and is always stomping so hard on the floor that it shakes the walls! Multiple times we have talked to the staff and with no avail! They apologize but never do anything about it! There are several people here that are obviously homeless and without jobs that make noise all day and all night! I swore I would not write a bad review, however after talking to one of the owners and nothing has been done I am giving up on any type of real service! It is beyond ridiculous that you pay your hard earned money and can't get rest! Every time I fall asleep this heard of elephants sound from above ruins all of that! It is a nice hotel, however when you house folks that don't respect themselves, how can you expect them to respect other guests!? I have purchased earplugs to be able to sleep and it is so hard it shakes the walls and the headboards! I believe they must be dancing with elephants in the rooms above us! All of the staff is extremely nice, but we can't get rest here this trip!

Stayed here around Christmas time 2025. First room smelled terrible so I asked the to change rooms. Next room had stains all over the bed sheets. Didn’t realize it till I was ready for bed. Decided not to stay the next few nights, so at 9am the next morning I requested that they cancel my next few nights (I said I would of course pay for the current night) Front desk said ok but to let booking.com know. Called Booking.com and canceled, and they said that the manager is refusing to not charge me for the rest of the night (the hotel was basically empty) I emailed and called but they aren’t responding. So I’m going to keep leaving negative reviews, I’ll cancel the charge on my credit card and contact the BBB if they don’t refund me. Terrible experience.
