This flat roof was leaking and there was a bad condensation issue inside the building aswell. This was an old ashphalt roof that had served its purpose and was in need of replacement.
We installed a vapour barrier and insulated the roof before installing a waterproof membrane. We specialise in pvc membrane that is ideal for the irish weather.
