We are extremely happy with our Kinetico water softener and RO system. The whole experience was smooth and everyone has been responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

SO happy these guys came to town! I've been using Kinetico for 10 years and needed support moving my equipment from Broken Arrow to Creek County in 2025. Kinetico directed me to the previous dealer (initials "HM") who instead tried to sell me on a completely different uncertified system and wouldn't even quote Kinetico stuff. I was upset and complained to Kinetico that their partners were doing them dirty, and they hooked me up with some new guys setting up in town - Air & Water Solutions.
Cody and Trey got me moved in and we built out a bigger and better system for whole home (even sprinkler and pool) filtration. They also rebuilt my softener, which was wrecked by Broken Arrow's extremely chlorinated water.
Kinetico's got the best stuff, but it really comes down to how good your local dealer rep is. These guys are simply great, they know this product line inside and out, and we're lucky to have them in the area now. Thanks!
