DHL Authorized Service Center (inside UPS Store)360 College st.

I purchased a mail delivery to/from Washington DC early Monday morning. Included reluctantly in that mailing was my passport required for a travel visa. A little later that morning I received an email from the embassy that told me I could apply online for the visa. I returned to this store where my package had not yet left. The fellow I dealt with was equally pleasant on the busy morning I purchased the envelopes as he was when I went in an hour later to cancel the mailing. My payment was fully refunded with a smile. Excellent customer service all around. Thank you very much.
