We have been so pleased with Lisa Hughley and Classic Luxury Real Estate. From the start she was sincere and helpful, assisting us in realizing our dream of owning a vacation home one the 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. Lisa is so knowledgeable and passionate about the area, she really guided us in the right decision for us. Our home purchase went very smoothly, and she has continued to get us set up as a very high-end vacation rental that we can feel very good about. I feel confident our renters will have a wonderful experience managed by Lisa. I can't imagine a better company to trust with my real estate purchase and in managing our vacation rental. Highly recommended!

Valentina is the greatest realtor ever! My husband and I totally recommend her and this realty! She basically did all the heavy lifting for us, it took us only a month to find the house, apply, get approved and do all the paperwork and close the sale, she even referred me to the banker, found insurance, reminded of all the upcoming dates and all the other headache I didn't want to deal with!

Ylia help me buy a house in Panama City, where bed neighborhood but keep telling me it is a good house for it is many. And I am not happy with the house neighborhood is bad. And she didn't tell anything, about the train 🚂 500ft from my house which make the noise at 5 am. Avoid trusting them and trust yourself.

"Classic Luxury Real Estate" aka "Lisa Hughley", appear to have pulled their rental listing(s) on VRBO, and refused to cancel our booking when requested, then outright stopped responding to both me and VRBO on multiple requests. We saw 2 negative reviews of the property after we had booked, and we were unable to find the property by it's ID or by searching, only by our booking under the "My Trips" section. After our request to cancel and refund our purchase, the listing agent offered to provide us a credit which could be used within 12 months. This would have been a more acceptable option if they had not pulled their listing(s) from VRBO. I have also now discovered that their website does not load/ work. Due to this, I declined the credit and continued to request a refund, which they refused to give to me. They have no cancellation policy listed on VRBO, and I did not knowingly agree to any cancellation policy when I paid for the rental. After a couple more canned responses offering a credit, the responses stopped. VRBO sent emails suggesting that the property owner provide a refund, which the realtor did not respond to. Even though the listing agent refused to cancel, they have offered no ability to access the property, and therefore have not held up their portion of the rental agreement, AKA I have paid for something and did not receive what I purchased. An absolute scam. Avoid Classic Luxury Real Estate!!
