The Firefly Team puts a lot of detail and care into making the whole experience feel welcoming and refreshing. Amenities include complimentary locking lockers, towels, and beverages. The walk-in-no booking option makes it really easy to fit into your daily routine. The communal sauna, cold plunge and lounge create a great opportunity to connect with others around health and wellness. The unlimited monthly membership is quite reasonably priced especially when considering how great this makes you feel when done regularly.

This place is awesome! We have tried a lot of similar spa experiences in the area and what makes this one particularly special (other than the extremely friendly and welcoming staff) are the amazing cold plunge tubs. I’m 6’4”, so it can be hard sometimes to get my full body in. The tubs at Firefly are deep so even I could get all the way in. The heated towels are a nice touch and the infrared sauna is spacious. They are very generous with providing towels and the essential oils towels were really nice. Highly recommend!
