We recently went to this wonderful hall for a wedding. Zachari a wonderful hard working person, staff was amazing & tolerant too of very verbal people. I am ashame to say some of those people I knew very well.
Zachari, a very professional gentleman came & communicated with me on these issues & we worked them out as best as we could.
Folks tend to blame the owner, the organizer, or even the waiters/waitresses/severs when things go bad, but truly it's not their fault!
They are just following orders/requests of the bride & groom. Frequently it's the way the Bride & Groom that request or wish for specific methods that are difficult or out of the norm to organize - even when told by the owner or organizer that they suggest to do it in another way. Owners & organizers states these for a reason, please Brides & Grooms listen to their suggestions - they've been putting up with bad behavior for a while.
Zachari was also put in an awful spot about the cleaning, some misunderstanding & misquoting happened, a truce/middle ground was found -only to have it fall as a big bomb on Zachari's lap. Zachari's reaction was surprising to me. He stood tall, took it & reacted very professional.
Because of his professionalism I recommend his services & his hall. You will be happy with it.
We forgot multiple things in the hall once the reception was done, not once did he prevent us from getting it.
True nothing is perfect but our goodness, kindness & our gratefulness towards others for their services should be darn close to it!
The reason for a 4 star?
I wish for Zachari to have his team a little more organized when/if they ever fall into that situation again, which I truly hope they don't!
I wouldn't mind sharing some organization points & rush moments suggestions if Zachari would be interested & have me go over them. Just to avoid another show down drama.
