We could not be HAPPIER with the work that Benjamin completed for us! This young man knows his stuff and we are blessed by his knowledge and expertise. He can install HVAC systems, electrical construction... you name it he can do it! We own and operate a small business and contracted Benjamin with Dynamic Mechanical Solutions LLC to help us with our lab space. I cannot recommend Ben enough! After a technician from RS Andrews misdiagnosed my system and failed to perform a thorough electrical check, a portion of my unit actually caught fire! Had RS Andrews checked the integrity of my disconnect box and connections “properly”, this hazardous situation could have been avoided. Ben arrived on time and immediately demonstrated superior technical knowledge. He investigated the issue thoroughly. He identified my systems failure points the previous tech overlooked, and explained the necessary repairs with total transparency.
