I called Power Surge on short notice to install a plug for a generator in order to prepare for an upcoming winter storm. Robert and his team came quickly and listened and gave advice on what was needed for my home and for this job. He was very knowledgeable and gave advice for follow up steps and even offered to help me hook up the generator once it arrives.
In my experience, they respect their customers, charge reasonable rates, and have a high level of expertise. I will call again if I am ever in need of an electrician.

2/18/26: Contacted Tyler to replace electrical panels, install new lighting and replace ceiling fans (best quote rec'd). Tyler and crew did great job completing the work. There were some issues that occurred when power was reconnected. Tyler made me aware of the problem and took quick action to make good on the issues. Once job was completed, Tyler explained everything that was done and thoroughly answered my questions. I will use Tyler for any future electrical services required and highly recommend him due to his integrity and knowledgeable skills in his field.
12/17/25: Called Tyler regarding an electrical issue with my HVAC system. Tyler came out that day and repaired the issue. He was very communicative and pointed out areas of concern. Even though it was late in the evening Tyler did not rush, he took the time to explain the issues and provide options. Tyler was upfront and very honest. I will be using Tyler in the future and recommend him for any of your electrical needs
