Edwin shares the same vision as his customers. He treats you like family, and has refurbished my living room hardwood floor and repaired my wooden deck. He does amazing work, and recommend him highly!!

Where do I start. We had 4 businesses come and talk to us about the job and give prices. American Spirit was not the cheapest, but we felt confident talking with Edwin. It was difficult to confirm the appointment, and they showed up quite late the first day with no call but started the work which consisted of regrouting an upstairs bathroom and laying down new tile in the downstairs bathroom. After 3 long days I couldn't believe how he wanted to leave the job. As you will see from the pictures below the grout looks like different colors, the caulking doesn't even match and everything was left messy. He actually left a huge scratch and many chips on the wall tile (one of which he fixed by filling with a lighter color grout but the rest left untouched). After speaking with him he said he would come back and regrout around the tub so it wasn't so messy looking. Not willing to address the rest of the job. The first appointment was a "misunderstanding", and he was a no show. The second appointment was made and from that moment he ghosted me, not responding to a call or text. I sent him these pictures more than a week ago, and nothing. We are so disapppointed. I will have to have this repaired by someone else.
