Sarah Spaulding was amazing from start to finish! She helped me find my dream floors, was extremely competitive in pricing, and got me scheduled right away! She was there through the whole process. I would recommend her every time! On to install. The team was meticulous through removal of the old flooring, making sure the concrete was good and level, and installing my beautiful floors! They were respectful or my home and loved on my puppies! I was super impressed with their work and efforts! Even the install manager, Chris, stopped by to check on them and how it all was going. I needed to get new flooring installed in my whole house, 2,000 sq ft. I thought I’d go with Home Depot because I’ve used them in the past, but they quoted me an outrageous price. I did my due diligence and looked up a few other flooring companies in the area and stumbled across ECFA. The whole experience was so awesome…from the initial quote to the finished product. Cassi was awesome, measured the house, chose the tile (based off a sample I gave her) and chose the grout based on my input. It’s like she knew what I was thinking. The process after that felt like it took forever, but it was well worth it. Charles came by almost every day to make sure my needs were being met, and even helped lay some tiles. Great customer service all around. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. ECFA quoted me a very reasonable price and no one else came close.
