We had a broken toilet drain. One guy came and charged £100 and said its water utility company issue (they came and said its a private issue). Some one then recommended
Pro-Drainage Solutions....ANDY came out late afternoon 30.10.2025 to camera inspect and went out of his way to get our toilet back up and running by the next morning by installing a new soil pipe connection. Andy is very experienced....he ordered all parts and did the job for a decent price £650 inc of all parts and his call out. You can see the new soil pipe in the pics for which Andy cut through the bricks to the toilet (current hole in floor drain broken). Andy did an excellent job of the cement mortar which he brushed and it looks fantastic. He's now our forever drainage man!!!!

Possibly the best trades experience I’ve had. Andy was unbelievable, he took so much time to make sure the drains weren’t just unblocked but also time outside finding where the drains ran as I’ve never knew. I cannot fault a single aspect of the service and would highly recommend
