So, honestly, I cringe when I have an issue with my automatic gate opener. Especially with the one I have now; a LiftMaster. I can't help but feel like calling a service person is a ticket for them to take advantage of me. So, I called these folks and Blake helped me out. What a great guy. Spent time with me on the phone, as I was thinking I could do the repair. But, like Clit Eastwood says, a man has to know his limitations. Well, that's me and gate openers. I asked Blake if he could come out and do the fix. Unfortunately, he's just a supplier. BUMMER. But, he did give me the hook-up and sent me the contact details for PCGO; Parker County Gate Openers. They were stellar. The prioritized my fix and came out PDQ. They replaced the motor/arm and the control box. Someone tried to break into mine. I am so pleased. Blake, Turnkey Openers and PCGO are now in my phone! What a great relief. Thank you all for the GREAT service! Very much appreciated.
