The house is well designed with no wasted space. We love the layout and the area which is on a golf course. Any issues that came up, Tyler was quick to resolve the issue. We made some changes by adding a back porch. Tyler got his crew together and was quick to start the job. The porch came out amazing. I highly recommend Tyler and everyone I speak with I refer them to him. We finally have our forever home . Thank you for all your dedication and hard work.

I used Kaidence Homes to replace my shingle roof. Tyler was very professional and honest. He communicated well and answered all of my questions thoroughly (there were a lot of questions considering I am a first time home owner). He made the process extremely easy and earned my business for any future needs! I’ve already recommended Kaidence Homes to family annd friends and would recommend to anyone that wants quality work from someone you can trust!
