Northwest Appliance was awesome! Chris showed up promptly and was very clear with what maintenance needed done and how he was planning to handle it. He helped me to understand how the washer and dryer in my new home should be maintained and what I can expect for keeping them in good working order. He was efficient with his time, professional, and polite! Thank you Chris!

Chris came to our house to take a look at our washer. He was very courteous and efficient. He provided an estimate for a repair but warned us that that there are other parts on our machine that are no longer available and advised us to think about a new unit instead, and advised us on the best brands to buy. Very transparent, we are very happy with Northwest Appliance and will definitely call them again!
