Update: After thinking about it for a few weeks, we decided to move forward with a complete re-roof on our house. After comparing materials and prices of the several quotes that we received, we decided to go with Golden Eagle Roofing because both their products and prices were better than the others. He was able to fit me in the week after we signed the contract. I was away on a business trip when they did the work, but Charles kept me posted with pictures and videos throughout the process. He was always available by phone or text, and replied right away when I reached out to him for various things. During the project he ended up using more materials than planned and having to do more work than planned, but he didn't charge extra for the additional materials or labor saying he would honor the price we agreed on because he wanted to take care of his customers. The site was cleaned up very well after they were done. We now have a new roof without leaks that looks much better than it did before. Previous review: Charles Owen (owner) came out to look at our roof for a small leak as well as for a possible roof replacement. He was able to provide information about what will need to be done for both, and will be providing quotes for various options (at no charge). He was extremely professional, had great communication and a very fast response time, and seems like a nice guy. He hasn't done any work yet, but I appreciate his help so far. Thanks!

Golden Eagle provided me with an excellent, expedited, and cost effective experience with what appears to me as the top of the line materials. They were able to remove all old shingles, and remove two old skylights, as well as install an entire new roof, all within a day. Then as an added bonus they provided interior specialists to fill in the recesses, drywall, and paint over the ceiling. The owner Charles is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. He provides confident advice, streamlined communication, and a great amount of care into his work and his clients. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

After an very heavy rain and wind storm I noticed a large leak on the ceiling of my master bedroom closet. Of course I became extremely nervous because everything emergency happens on the weekend! Sunday morning I called several roofing contractors in the southern Maryland area and only one called me back! Charles Owen Owner came out the same Sunday morning. He inspected the whole property identifying storm damage wind damage to my roof and interior leaks. After going over the issues found I realized this was going to be an expensive repair. I didn’t have that kind of money! He helped me with filing an insurance claim - which I have never done. But I figured I pay this insurance every year faithfully and ask nothing in return. I need the help. The adjuster came out and Charles met with them also. After the meeting my insurance approved my claim ,100% . Golden Eagle Roofing LLC was hired to replace a roof on my client’s roof plus remove and reinstall the attached solar panels. They went above and beyond contacting and working with the insurance company and located a company that specializes in solar panels. The work was done in a professional and expeditious manner. The owner was on top of all phases of the work and was in constant communication. All work was completed on time and within budget. I was in need of a roofer to address two leaks and shingles at the end of their use full life as uncovered by an inspector in regards to the sale of my townhouse. I posted on the Calvert County Information FB page and got two companies to come out and give me an assessment and estimate of what needed to be done. Charles, owner of Golden Eagle, came right out the next day and gave me a quote and said he could help me with an Insurance claim. Within a day we had a 3 way call with my homeowners insurance and Charles submitted all the necessary paperwork and photos. We got it approved through my Insurance. To make matters more complicated I have solar panels, which would need to be removed and reinstalled. In addition Charles contacted my Homeowners Association to get approval for shingles as the original ones were discontinued. Charles handled everything from start to finish and got my job done in less than two weeks. He keeps in constant communication and is always reachable ny phone or text. I would highly recommend Golden Eagle for your roofing needs. He uses higher grade materials and does not cut corners.

And let me tell you ,Charles has been an absolute saving grace, he has managed to get things taken care of with the insurance company who has really been unfair to us. He fought and pushed and is going way above and beyond what the insurance was willing to cover. We are truly blessed by this man and I am so thankful he gave us the opportunity to work with him. I was skeptical at first after having been denied from a previous contractor who I now realize didn't fight for us like Charles with Golden Eagle Roofing did. He fought very hard for us, even after being told the insurance company was only covering 21 shingles, Charles said...
