Could not possibly be more impressed or pleased with Brian and his team. After getting quotes from 4 other companies for a new a/c, Brian was able to diagnose the current system and repair it (for a very reasonable price) so that I got another year out of it! When it finally came time to replace the system, he was super straightforward and didn't try to upcharge me like the others. As a single woman, I appreciate that so much. His team, Carlos and Chase, were so personable and respectful - it took them all day, but they worked hard and had the best attitudes ... even when they encountered unexpected challenges. I am so pleased with DropTine's services and have recommended them to a handful of friends, all of whom have had very similar experiences. Brian and his guys are the real deal!

Brian and his team have been taking care of our Air Conditioners for years. It was finally time for us to have to replace the units and Brian and his team made it quick and painless. They are hardworking and honest guys who do a great job. I would highly recommend these guys and appreciate that we have had such a great relationship with them over the years.
