Our company Mark Hoerr Landscaping is fairly new to the Northbridge IT Service, but we are so glad we switched. They have always been fast at taking care of our requests and answering any questions. Compliments to Noah who we always deal with. He is extremely knowledge.

Our company has used Northbridge for several years, over that time they have helped us upgrade our office hardware and software, integrate new phone systems, and created a more efficient digital network.
I would recommend Northbridge for the following reasons:
Responsive - As soon as you call in you are connected with a technician so you are able to start getting a fix to your IT needs.
Flexibility - They are willing to work around our office hours which enables us to minimize our office interruptions while changes and upgrades are being made.
Respectful - Northbridge has been great at working with each individual to address their IT needs in their own way. Typically an IT Technician just needs to fix the issue, but for a person like me, I want to know why something occurred and how it was resolved. They are willing to go that extra step to explain and I have never felt patronized for my lack of knowledge.
Noah has been my go to contact for ingenuity and problem solving over the years and I am most grateful for the forward thinking mindset he has. His professionalism, dependability and open communication tells me that taking care of his customers is a top priority.
Additionally the team is knowledgeable and even though there are several members who I don't know as well or have had indirect interactions with, I am grateful for the effort they put in and the service they provide.
