Flexibility - They are willing to work around our office hours which enables us to minimize our office interruptions while changes and upgrades are being made.
Respectful - Northbridge has been great at working with each individual to address their IT needs in their own way. Typically an IT Technician just needs to fix the issue, but for a person like me, I want to know why something occurred and how it was resolved. They are willing to go that extra step to explain and I have never felt patronized for my lack of knowledge.
Noah has been my go to contact for ingenuity and problem solving over the years and I am most grateful for the forward thinking mindset he has. His professionalism, dependability and open communication tells me that taking care of his customers is a top priority.
