Very helpful, friendly, and polite when we had to have our car towed after it was in an accident. Jake was especially helpful when we stopped by to get our stuff out of the car the next day- even the insurance agent handling the claim noted how friendly he was on the phone to her.

Date: 2/12 Time: around 5:30 Location: 11 mile and middlebelt in Farmington Hills Whoever was driving this truck flew out of the Kroger parking lot onto 11 mile and almost hit me. Starts driving in the merging lane speeds up, starts to pull over into my lane, and almost hit my car. I had to slam in my brakes in order to not get hit.
