Just had roof repairs done including new ridge tiles, repointing of all ridge tiles, chimneys resealed and a cracking paint job. The whole roof was hand cleaned and hand painted. Matthew, Gary and Lewis were really friendly guys and kept us informed every step of the way. I now have the poshest roof in the street 😜 Would highly recommend.

Matthew and the guys did an amazing job of replacing the lime mortar on the front of our old stone house. Communication was great, and we were given time and advice when choosing the product that worked best with our house. Really pleased with the result. Would 100% recommend!

MJ contracts realigned and repaired an original sandstone pillar on our property. They were extremely knowledgeable, efficient and caused minimal distributions for neighbours. They also explained the process of work from start to finish. I would highly recommend them for any outdoor work.

Matthew repaired the stonework and repointed the chimney stack on our 145 year old house. In addition to being happy with the quality of the finished job, I was impressed with the way he carried out the whole of the work from the initial visit to view the job, preparation of the quote and all the way through to him completing the work. He explained in simple terms what needed to be done prior to sending his formal quote and even before starting the work he made sure I knew what he was going to do and how long it would take. He and the team worked in a safe and professional manner at all times. The scoffolding company he employed were also very professional and courteous. We are very happy with the finished job and would have no hesitation in using MJ Contracts again or recommending them to friends or neighbours. Everyone we met at our job were very polite, worked safely and clearly had pride in what they were doing.
