I don’t normally do reviews but I switched companies due to this agency. Guy Williams is not a good person to work with, he isn’t helpful, doesn’t answer phone calls and does not help like an insurance agent should. When I didn’t get my refund check he was not helpful at all. Everyone else may be wonderful there but not guy!

Today I called to get a quote after pressing 2 for new commercial insurance, and the guy who answered the phone answered with a deep sigh like he hated his job. Then when I tell him I'm looking for business insurance he's like "okay and what business?" in a snarky way. I hung up immediately because that pretty much set the tone with what I'll be dealing with in the future.

I have been getting all my insurance needs taken care of through this company for almost 5 years. I can truly say they have made my life so much easier. I have had a total of 6 cars, Renters insurance and now my homeowners insurance through them. It is amazing to just be able to call Mac and let them know I have a new vehicle or I need to remove a vehicle and it's done. When I bought a house I just called and it was done. The one wreck I got into they were my first call, Mac answered the phone and immediately recommended a body shop that was close and had a loaner car I could use that same day. I have never received such amazing service anywhere like this. I highly recommend them to anyone. they shop around for the best rates and will also notify you if they find something better when your renewal comes. The renewal is seamless. They take care of everything.

Oh my goodness, Mac Romney is a saint from heaven. He is so helpful and knows exactly what I want/need before I even have to think about it. I have no idea where to start with insurances at all and he led me in the right direction for a much better price then anywhere else I asked. Such a kind honest person, I truly feel safe with Mac being the person to help me in these stressful situations. Rare to say that about people these days but Mac Romney is truly the exception. Can’t say enough good things about this guy, don’t waste your time like I did and call Mac first.

I have had an outstanding experience working with AAGI at this location. Everyone is kind and helpful each time I have called in. I worked more extensively with Mac Romney - he has been fantastic and VERY knowledgeable! He was able to answer all my (very specific) questions and listen to my unique Business Insurance needs. I was sent quotes for Business, Umbrella, and Auto super quick. I have had several questions since switching over and I can still say that Mac is definitely the most responsive agent I have ever had!

Mac is hands down my go to guy for insurance. For my personal, rentals, real estate clients, and family/friends. He goes above and beyond ever time. He responds quickly to calls or text and there is hardly a time he doesn't answer my call the first time. He has helped me from everything from making sure my policies cover everything necessary to getting me the emergency vehicle towing information in a pinch . I transferred my insurance over to Guy Williams. He was able to find me better coverage at a great price. He took the time to explain my policies. The customer service was excellent . He was very timely I received a quote and my new policy within 2 days. I would definitely recommend Associated Agents for any of your insurance needs.
