Great little auto shop. Had issue with my brakes and they helped me with short notice. Service was great and I am very satisfied with their work and pricing. Because of the location of the waiting area (right above the shop), I was able to watch him work on my car. Saw him struggle to remove my brake pads and rotors due to the rusts. But he finally able to remove them and replace them with new parts. I would highly recommend them, especially for brake works, and I will be going back to them for other auto repair and maintenance needs.

I had a fantastic experience with VCNG Auto Repair and will definitely be returning. I brought in my 2014 Subaru Outback for a brake job, and they went above and beyond in both the quality of the work and their customer service. They found that a couple of my caliper pins were stuck, which caused the brake pads to wear unevenly — one side looked normal while the opposite pad was worn completely down to metal and had already started grinding into the rotor. They pulled all four calipers, cleaned and freed the pins, and made sure everything was moving smoothly. Since two of my rotors had been damaged due to the uneven wear, I supplied a full rotor + pad kit and they installed everything perfectly. What really set them apart is how easy they made the whole process. I work during the day, and they allowed me to drop the car off in the morning and leave the key securely in a locked mailbox. After work, I was able to pick the car up without any hassle — and in my case, they were still there around 6:30 PM and took the time to talk with me. It was refreshing not to get the usual pressure or fear-based mechanic speech where you’re told everything under the sun is wrong with your car. Instead, we had a genuine conversation about future services I might want, and they answered all of my questions without pushing anything. Pricing was very fair, especially compared to what most other shops charge for rotor and brake replacement. The brake job was done right, and the value made it absolutely worth having a professional do it rather than tackling it myself. Overall, VCNG earned my trust — the work was high-quality, the communication was honest, and the experience was convenient from start to finish. I’m already planning to bring the Outback back for additional maintenance. Highly recommend.
