Taylor was great! Not only did he fix our problem, but he was also super knowledgeable and friendly. We had a few questions about the pesticide he would be using since we have pets (which as it turns out, isn't a problem once the solution is dry), and he took the time to answer every single one of them. He showed up at the scheduled time, assessed what needed to be done, explained the process, and gave us a lot of peace of mind. From the initial phone call, he was personable, professional and helpful. 10/10 would recommend!
