Our technician, Mark, was knowledgeable, professional, and answered all of our questions. In addition to thoroughly cleaning our dryer duct, he improved our system by repairing and replacing vents. Our dryer is cleaner, safer, and more efficient now.

Mark was excellent. He described his process thouroughly, and provided a quote. Our dryer is on the second floor and vents through the roof. It was Winter when we were having issues and there was snow on the roof so Mark couldn't access the vent from the outside. Instead, he went into our attic space above the laundry room to check the other end of the vent. He went the extra mile in every way possible and went through what he did to resolve the problems when finished. Truly exceptional.
