Rather than separately employing the services of an architect, engineer and building company, we manage the entire process, including gaining appropriate building consents, from start to finish for you.

We had Martin and his team do the reroof and reclad on our garage/workshop. He listened to our ideas and made practical suggetions to ensure a great finish to the project. He also arranged an electrican for us to bring the garage/workshop wiring up to code of compliance along with new lights and powerpoints. Happy customers and will certainly be using Martin and his team again in the future

We completed a full house renovation with Smith & Sons and despite a few bumps in the road (which is to be expected with a renovation project of this size), we are very happy with the final result of our journey - it is exactly as I imagined it would be. Thank you, Martin and Sam, for all your work behind the scenes that enabled our vision to become a reality.
