Our heat went out during a winter storm. The guys made it out, assessed the problem, and quickly fixed it. We are beyond thankful and can’t recommend them enough.

Last night when I got home from work my a/c wasn't working. I called Town and Country and booked an appointment for this afternoon. This morning, I got a call from them saying they could be here earlier. Of course I said yes... The tech arrived within 30 minutes, diagnosed and fixed my a/c and was gone in about an hour and a half. He was kind, engaging, knowledgeable and did a great job. Our AC went out in the late afternoon. Doug was out to our house the next morning. Not only did he replace 2 parts (no waiting to get parts!) but he also inspected the thermostat wiring, the air handler (in the attic), and the compressor. He called the manufacturer and found out the machine was still under warranty. I’m so glad that he took the time because that saved me some money. Also he fixed some suspicious wiring! Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for better service. I will definitely use this company again!!

Doug came by shortly after my husband called. He diagnosed our unit, saved us from having to buy a new one. It was repaired same day and he and his team were great to work with!

I can't say enough great things about Doug and T&C. He always takes the time to explain my HVAC system to me, what he wants to replace or repair, WHY he was making those repairs and what to expect.
