My first great experience with Tom was that he spent time to read my request in details before providing a qoute. not just that it's so important to have someone with great attention to details to do your important plumbing works but also they respect the time you spent to write what you need so we dont have to go back and forth unnecessarily. and he completed the job to perfection, went above and beyond with everything. he cleaned up everything and left the site spotless. And resonably priced. A highly recommended plumber.

Tom installed a new shower head and tap in my bathroom and did a great job. He was on time, easy to deal with and worked really neatly. Everything looks and works perfectly, and he left the place clean afterwards. Would definitely recommend him and use him again.
