Just had all my window shutters installed and I absolutely love them! Robert Frase of Blinds Plus carries the Norman brand of shutters with the invisible tilt that I wanted. My windows being double hung and tilt inwards was no problem as they included a frame that blends seamlessly with the wood frame around the windows. Robert is so great to work with as he is kind, prompt in communicating, reliable and does an excellent job of installing the shutters himself! He guarantees his work! I am new to the area and had to blindly 🙃 try and find window covering companies. I found the right one. Can’t go wrong with Robert!

Love our new shades! Robert was so pleasant to work with. Brought lots of samples and styles to choose from. He and his helper installed 3 shades in less than 30 minutes, left no mess. We definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for shades or blinds and want it done right.
