I contacted Greg about a drainage issue on our property, and two days later, two gentlemen arrived, although they were somewhat delayed. They were very apologetic for the delay, and after we discussed the matter, they commenced their work. The following morning, I received a comprehensive report outlining the problem and confirming its resolution was for United Utilities (UU). The report was detailed and included thorough illustrations of the property and the issue. I have since received an invoice, which has been forwarded to UU for reimbursement.
