The second I walked in, I was immediately hooked by the vibe—soft warm lights, mellow background music, and this subtle natural essential oil scent floating around. My therapist Cindy? Her skills are next-level! She nailed the pressure perfectly—not too light (so it actually works!) and not too heavy (no awkward discomfort). Every press and knead hit those tight, sore spots right on the dot. From my shoulders and neck down to my lower back, all those stiff muscles from sitting too much slowly loosened up. The whole time, it was just pure relaxation—no weirdness, no discomfort, just total bliss. When I stood up after, I felt like all my tiredness had been washed away!
