Bill and his team were immediately responsive to our call for help. Although our problem was a big one , he gave us a fair price and speedy delivery. Very responsive, came the house quickly and was able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed. Communication was great. Followed up to make sure everything was working properly. This is our new go to for heating needs and repairs for new builds and existing systems.

We had Premier replace our 30+ year old oil tank, and we couldn't have had a better experience. Bill was my main point of contact, he was professional and responsive. One of the biggest struggles with professional tradesmen in Maine is just getting somebody to answer the phone, let alone treat you like your patronage matters. The entire experience with Premier was thoroughly refreshing in this respect: they came out promptly for a quote, which they provided immediately, in writing, and then scheduled the actual tank replacement for a few weeks out (it wasn't an emergency, just peace of mind maintenance). The new tank installation looks great, see for yourself. They were knowledgeable and friendly.

Premier Heating recently installed an on demand propane hot water heater. They were on time completed the work within the time that was stated. They were very thorough explained everything making it easy for me to understand the operation of the unit. I highly recommend this company and would gladly use them in the future.
