Magic Cadillac Dealer has been hands down the best dealer we have purchased from. Lisa the owner of the dealer made yet another deal for us happen. Korbyn went the extra mile to work with us finding the right car. Lisa and her sales guys, finance, sales managers & service are so enjoyable to work with. This is our 2nd purchase from Magic Cadillac & we will continue purchasing from the dealer from here on out.

Had an absolutely excellent and first rate experience with Magic GMC Cadillac when purchasing my 2026 Lyriq! Starting with the Ownership Group led by Lisa Aranda! The product rep, Trevor and finance rep, Hany were both fantastic as well. Very easy, no stress and exceeded all of my expectations. Highly recommend. =)

Horrible service, regret buying a truck here. Purchase truck with 1 year wrap warranty. This dealer ship ignores you. Couple of months later trucks front end bounces when driving and trying to get warranty and nothing! Why get and pay for coverage and nothing happens. This dealership gives me the run around and plus make me drive to other locations to do it.

I could not believe this Cadillac has removed some postings and keeping only 5 stars. It has been over a year and a half or more that the dent on my Lyriq has not been repaired since I got the car. The manager posted that they would call me but no one called. I already took my car there twice for the dent repair and other problems and each time, it was never repaired. This is my only proof that that part was never done. Plus, I wanted to get another lease or buy once I am done with my lease or sold my other cars. I use ratings as part of my buying process and If dealers have the ability to remove postings, we consumers can’t make that decision.

Great buying experience with no pressure or hard selling. My salesman Randy Bergeron handled my transaction with extreme professionalism, kindness and constantly kept in touch with me regarding the vehicle delivery timeline. My vehicle arrived as ordered with no issues. I would definitely purchase from Magic Cadillac again. Great people, great dealership.

I had a pleasant experience at this dealer in buying my first Cadillac. Ron was my salesman and he was very easy to work with. I never once felt pressured to make the purchase and he made the process very easy. I love my new car. Definitely recommend Magic Cadillac.

Kevin was the salesperson who assisted my mother in the purchase of her car. This kid (I’m going on 60, so I can call him a kid), went so above and beyond to ensure she was one treated well, and that the car she was looking at, was what she really wanted, and that she felt no pressure, in her purchase. Also, when she left her garage door opener in the trade in, even though he was sick, came in to ensure we could pick it up the next morning. Again…Above and beyond…. Real customer service. Yes, If you looking for a new or used vehicle, I would highly recommend Kevin & Magic Cadillac!!!

I sadly was unable to purchase the car I wanted from Magic Cadillac as they didn't have the vehicle I wanted in stock...the Lyriq Luxury 1 AWD model. However, I cannot express enough how enamored I was with Ron, Chaz, and Kevin in sales. These three are truly stand up gentleman and graciously gave me hours of their time over several days (especially Ron) in helping me. Even after it was clear that their inventory wasn't going to suit my needs, they didn't try to push a more expensive vehicle on me. Each of them were honest and down to earth. I may not have been able to purchase a vehicle from Magic Cadillac today, but they have definitely earned my business for the future and I strongly encourage anybody looking to get into a Cadillac to swing by Magic and speak to Ron, Chaz, or Kevin.

Came in for an oil change, Fransisco Manajo is the best! So nice and will update you on the car service throughout the time you’re here! Definitely recommend him!
