Couldn't ask for a better HVAC company. Tyler and Chad were super easy to work with, had all my questions answered up front, and did an amazing job on the install. They even went above and beyond when we ran into a small scheduling issue on my end. Couldn't recommend them any higher.

Chad from Yeti Heating and Cooling was wonderful to work with from the very beginning. It’s hard to find someone you can genuinely trust in the service industry—especially when you’re in urgent need—but Chad exceeded my expectations. I recently moved into a new home, and this week was my first time turning the heat on. Unfortunately, it didn’t turn on at all. I called Yeti Heating and Cooling, they answered right away, and Chad was able to come out quickly. He was kind, professional, and took the time to educate me along the way. I would 100% recommend this HVAC company to anyone.

Our AC stopped working. My mom recommended Yeti, whom she used in the past and was very pleased with the service. Tyler came out quickly and fixed our unit. He also serviced it and showed me how to perform general cleaning maintenance to prolong the life of the unit. No pressure or upselling. Will definitely use in the future.

It was 85 degrees in the house by the afternoon and very uncomfortable for me and the pets. I didn’t want to call for repairs on a weekend, due to higher costs, but I didn’t have a choice because the rain started and was going to force me to close the windows. On a recommendation of someone in my neighborhood, I called Yeti. Tyler called me back and he agreed to come over and was here within 25 mins. Personable and professional, Tyler quickly diagnosed the issue, walked me through everything he was doing, and got the unit running again. He also came back the next day, when his time and work were not at premium rates, to clean the outside unit carefully. He could have just as easily done it while he was there but didn’t want to charge me the Sunday rates if I was okay with him coming back during the week. Loved that! It didn’t stop there because he called to ensure the house was cooling properly and he kept his word to come back to check the unit to see if it needed recharged, which I suspected it did. Tyler and Yeti Heating and Cooling are now my go to and will be my recommendation for anyone who asks! Great service, fair pricing, and exceptional customer service.
