We’ve been using Northshore HVAC/R Services since 2022 and have always had a great experience working with Lewis. He’s very easy to communicate with, super responsive, and always takes the time to explain things in a way that makes sense. Lewis is helpful, honest, and reliable, and we’ve always felt confident that our equipment is in good hands. Scheduling is easy and the work is done right. We’ll definitely continue using him for our HVAC needs and would highly recommend Northshore HVAC/R Services.

This was my first time using Northshore HVAC. I have had very bad experiences in the past until now. Lewis was recommended by my daughter. He scheduled me immediately when I told him my condenser was making a loud noise. He was here when he said he would be, he diagnosed the problem and fixed it. My unit is very old and he prepared me that I may not have many more years of use. If I called anyone else I have used in the past, they would have said I needed it replaced. Lewis didn’t do that. His prices are extremely reasonable and I will be using him from now on. Lewis is very personable, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. I HIGHLY recommend that you make Northshore HVAC your first call. You will not be disappointed. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
