A great experience. We needed a car with a day's notice in Dubrovnik for a one day trip to Montenegro.
Mato was very kind and helpful with our request, and was very quick to answer (phone + WhatsApp). He was able to provide a rental at a reasonable cost, accepted debit or credit card for the guarantee, and with flexible time options. There is a cross border fee, but it is reasonable/on par with other rental agencies in Dubrovnik.
Once at the office, the process was very smooth. The car was spotless, very clean, recent.
There was no additional hidden costs.
We could return the car at all times in the evening thanks to the key box at the office, which was very helpful to us.

I have rented cars all over the world and my experience has been very wide from excellent to awful. This small company I ranked well at the top. They were transparent honest and genuine. Everything from the quality of the car so their support was 100©%. I can only rate them as outstanding.
