We had an outstanding experience working with Killian and his company, Elevate General Contracting. From start to finish, Killian proved himself to be honest, fair, flexible, and highly experienced. He honored every quote he provided and never hesitated to make something right if it needed attention. That level of integrity and accountability is rare and deeply appreciated. Our project involved finishing our basement—something I had started myself but couldn’t complete due to work obligations and a few specialized skills I simply didn’t have. Killian embraced a truly collaborative approach. I wanted to handle certain portions of the work myself and direct his crew on others, and he fully supported that. It genuinely felt like “doing it yourself with expert help,” which was exactly what I was hoping for. Killian personally engaged in the most complex aspects of the project, ensuring everything was done correctly and to a high standard. His direct crew and subcontractors were consistently pleasant, respectful, and professional. They took great care to protect our floors and other finished areas of the house, minimized mess wherever possible, and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. Communication throughout the project was excellent. The team regularly checked in to make sure we were happy with the quality and progress. They worked quickly and productively without ever compromising craftsmanship. The end result exceeded our expectations—we truly couldn’t be happier with how the basement turned out. I will absolutely continue to use Killian and Elevate General Contracting for all of our future home maintenance and improvement needs, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and customer-focused general contractor.

Would highly recommend Elevate formerly The Neighborhood General Contractor! Very professional crew. The quote and timeline was communicated clearly with no unexpected changes. The crew maintained a clean and respectful work environment. I had a new bathroom ceiling put in with light and fan. Great job on the drywall and painting. High quality products were used and the quote was within budget. Will definitely utilize for future projects!
