I visited this tire shop hoping to purchase winter tires, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing from the moment I arrived. The parking lot was full and poorly maintained, with large potholes everywhere. One car ahead of me was waiting off to the side without flashers, another vehicle was pulling out, so I signaled with my flashers for the open spot. Despite that, the driver who was on the side cut me off and took the spot anyway, leaving me no choice but to park further away. While walking in, I twisted my ankle due to the potholes — definitely not something customers should have to worry about.
To make things worse, the person behind the counter who was supposed to assist me was the same person who took the parking spot. I politely asked if they had winter tires for the make and model of my car, but he had no information and told me to go find the size myself. When I tried to look it up on my phone, he told me to go outside to check it instead. I attempted to clarify whether they had the details on record, and he simply replied that people change their rims. At that point, after the rude behavior and lack of customer service, I chose to leave.
Overall, this visit was unprofessional, unpleasant, and frustrating. Between the unsafe parking lot and the dismissive staff, I can’t recommend this place based on my experience.
