Darren was scheduled to replace a window on Monday, he called Monday morning to reschedule for Tuesday. I had to call and follow up on Tuesday to be told he would again not be arriving. I was provided with an alternative number to call for another glazier, who quoted $80 cheaper than Darren. If the work is not wanted then a business should not say they are going to do it. Unprofessionally handled and disappointing.
